I'm running the nightly Appimage MuseScoreNightly-201707191720-master-cc66505-x86_64.AppImage on Fedora 26-x86_64 and seeing the following problem: If I combine some notes by S (drawing a slur), this action cannot be withdrawn with CtrlZ.
Not only slurs, but ties, and any actions to change ( selection of notes duration: quarter note -> half note -> undo ), or after adding any elements from the palettes, eg ornament, or grace notes and so on.
Works by undoing with the left arrow in the toolbar.

@cadiz1: Thanks, undoing (using the mscore menue) works, but not the shortcut.
