Workspaces with added images crash (regression)

Context: Commit cc209b223 (2013-11-12 23:40:19)

If a user workspace -- either pre-existent or created with this update -- is selected which contains images added to palettes, the programme crashes.

If the workspace is the current workspace, the programme crashes at startup.

The crash happens in function readRootFile() (file libmscore/scorefile.cpp), when the <file> tag is met in the container.xml file.
