advanced and basic workspace don't work anymore
Selecting advanced or basic workspace doesn't make any difference vs. the default workspace.

I regenerated advanced.workspace from the command line myself and more changes will probably happen during smufl integration. Any bugs in the files must be fixed in the cpp sources. I will rethink the implementation of the buildin workspaces. Maybe i drop the files and make the two workspaces really "buildin" to ease maintenance. The basic workspace is currently created manually from the advanced one. It should also be created programmatically from mscore.
