Text style properties mostly ignored for chord symbols

Currently, the font face and size are the only Text style properties honored for chord symbols. In particular, the Y height is ignored in favor of the corresponding property in the chord symbol General style, and the horizontal alignment option has no effect (see also #10355: Center chord symbols on their notes/chords). I intend to fix these two issues in particular, and see what other text style properties it makes sense to honor as well.
