chord symbol text style changes do not take effect until reload

Currently, a change to the font face or size for chord symbol text style does not take effect for existing chord symbols until they are re-rendered, which normally does not happen until reload.

1) enter chord symbols nto score
2) change font settings in style / text / cord symbol

Result: no change. Only upon reload does the change take effect.
