Shift+<letter> in note entry ignores key signature

Windows 7, GIT commit: c67a0ae

1) click first note of Promenade or any note in any score with a key signature that includes Bb
2) press Shift+B

Result: a B natural is added (with explicit natural sign)
Expected result: a B flat is added (no accidental)
