context menu for rehearsal marks & repeat text should include text properties

Currently, Text Properties shows in the context menu for staff text, tempo text, and some other text types, but not for rehearsal marks or repeat text. Maybe some others - I didn't test each and every type. I know chord symbols are specifically excluded, for good reason, but it seems everything else should have text properties.
