Stemless notes draw stems when beamed with stemmed notes

This may be a duplicate of #22672, but I'm not sure.

I'm seeing a rogue stem drawn on stemless notes if they are beamed with stemmed notes.

I use stemless slash notes for lead sheets and frequently see these rogue beams when subdividing quarter notes into eighth notes.

STEPS:

1. Create a series of 1/8 notes such that they beam (e.g., in groups of 4)
2. make some of them stemless in the inspector

RESULTS: stems draw near the note head
