How to tune acoustical instruments to a non A=440 pitch?
Yes I understand that the synths can do that but can acoustical instruments have this done to them? I am trying to have a time period correct pitch rather than A=440 because music before current was tuned flatter I am aware.

If you open the synthesizer (under the view menu) and click the tuning tab you can adjust the tuning. Tuning will still be well tempered however.
