Hi,

I've got a score with a time signature change inside the repeat mark (i.e from 2/2 before the mark to 3/2 inside then back to 2/2 (still inside).
For the bar beginning under the 2nd repeat mark, I'm in 3/2 too, but I don't have the time signature indicated, so nothing tells me that I'm no more in 2/2...

See bar 4 of the joined example.

That score got created, or at least last saved with 2.0.3.
It isn't remeat marks, but voltas. It also doesn't make sense, there is a repeat barlines missing, Attached a fixed version, done in 2.1.
Can you reproduce the problem in 2.1? If not I guess we can consider the bug fixed.

Something seems wrong at the end of measure 3 - the barline at the end of the system is not aligned with the margin. And if I use Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Right to navigate, I see the time signatures actually are present - both the "real" one at the beginning of measure 4, and the courtesy one that would normally be generated at the end of measure 3. Examining the MSCX file within the MSCZ archive, I see that what has happened is these time signatures have empty text fields (set via Time Signature Properties), so they are trying to display but there is nothing to show. My guess is you were experimenting with trying to figure out how to hide the courtesy time signature at the end of measure 3, and instead of simply turning it off using the Inspector or the right click menu, you tried setting the text to empty.

As such, I think MuseScore is just doing what you apparently told it to do. There should perhaps be something to prevent this sort of mistake, or at least make it easier to recover from it.

If you can confirm this is what happen, we can convert this into a feature request to make it easier to recover from errors like this. As it is, using Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Right to select the time signature then deleting it works, as does adding a new one to replace it.

Well, I don't have 2.1 available currently (how can I have it on Linux?), so I can't try to reproduce the bug.

I didn't tweak anything special I think, but this score comes from an external source, I can't therefore guarantee that nothing had been tweaked before.

I agree with you, it'd be a really interesting thing to can easily access to those elements not really visible.
Anyway, I've tried to edit the measure properties, but it's impossible to make a right-click on it, so how can I edit the properties? It'd be also a nice feature, I guess, to have the Edit menu updated with what is possible with the current selection.
Or better -for me: have the element properties appear directly and systematically in the inspector frame, it'd be very intuitive.

Also to be clear: removing courtesy signature is done by right clicking the "real" signature. And this property is also available in the Inspector.
