Parts should inherit style settings from score
1. Open attached score (produced in 1.3).
2. 'File'>'Parts…'.
3. 'New'.
4. Tick instrument.
5. 'OK'.
6. View part.
Result: Cancelled accidentals in key signature change don't appear.
Note: When right-clicking the final key signature, the context menu offers to 'Hide naturals'. Clicking it and subsequent option 'Show naturals' does nothing to the score.

I should add that in a new 2.0 score, the naturals don't appear at all, in full or part.
The 'Note' also seems to apply here.

Ah, that answers it, then. Naturals do not not display in key signatures by default any more in 2.0 - you have to explicitly enable this option via Style / General / Accidentals. Since 1.3 scores used to do this, this option is automatically set for 1.3 scores. But since when you generate parts, that's a new score, it's using your default new score style. Parts probably should be inheriting most style settings from the score. Maybe everything but page layout settings.
I expect to close this as a duplicate of a more general issue, "style settings not inherited in parts" or some such.
This is a special case of #24631: General style settings not propagated from scores to parts.
