1) Grand staff template
2) Format -> General style -> In Musical Symbols font: switch for Bravura, or MuseJazz -> Ok
3) Drag and drop a brace
(or drag and drop a bracket -> undo)

Result: crash

I can always reproduce here. Less easily now (issue goes back 7 months) with the Grand staff template (step #1)

But systematically with these steps and current 3.0 dev. b92a6e0

1) Default "Untitled" score
2) Format -> General style -> In Musical Symbols font: switch for Bravura -> Ok
3) Drag and drop a brace (second symbol in the palette): the main culprit in this issue
First result: nothing appears.
4) Undo
5) Drag and drop again a brace

Result: crash

  • In fact, the crash occurs with these scenarios (from step #3). To sum: when adding a brace after undoing another bracket or the same brace. Ie:

Brace-Undo-Brace: crash
Bracket-Undo-Brace: crash
Square-Undo-Brace: crash
Line-Undo-Brace: crash
