Combinations of keys with AltGr do not work anymore

Keys combination involving AltGr key do not work anymore in input text, for all kinds of text: staff text, title , composer, system text, lyrics, chords, ...
For example, # in Italian keyboard is AltGr+à and this situation makes it impossible to insert chord names involving a # (paste is not supported in chord entry mode).

In other contexts the combinations with AltGr work: for example in Italian keyboard { is Shift+AltGr+è and this works as a shortcut for "less stretch".

Windows 8.1, Nightly build bd85fd6 Italian keyboard layout.

Yes. I can confirm that the AltGr is working as expected for the different kind of text I checked.
