Guitar chords

I'm trying to write music for the chemnitzer concertina. The music normally has the chord name on the bottom of each measure to indicate which chord buttons to use, one chord for each measure unless it changes. Most concertina players memorize what bass notes and chord afterbeats are played for each chord type so only the chord name is required. The chords are always played on the bass side (Left hand). The actual bass notes are never written in normal concertina music. However I would like to use guitar chords so I can play them during playback, only to see if the chord is correct. Ideally the chord rhythm would be according to the sound signature, 2 times per measure for 2/4, 3 times per measure for 3/4, etc.
Then after I get that working I would like to hide the guitar staff and only show the guitar name on the bottom of the main staff.
I would very much appreciate any help anyone can come up with on this. I believe this would open the door for lots of other concertina players also that would like to write their own music.
I'm very new with this software. I tried to attach a file of what I'm shooting for.

Should be easy enough. You don't really even need another staff, you could just set the chords to display below the existing staff using Style / General / Chord Symbols. Or, to get closer to the look of your example, you could add a second staff but set it to have only a single line in Staff Properties, and also set it to not show the clef.
