Hairpin at score end crashes MuseScore

When creating a wedge ending at (after) the last note in a score, the resulting file contains a hairPin, but not the corresponding endSpanner. When importing this file, MuseScore crashes.

Reproduce on current trunk:
- create new single staff, single 4/4 measure score
- add one 4/4 note
- drag hairpin onto score
- save in MuseScore format
- open file again
