[MusicXML Export] hairpin ending at score end exported incorrectly

A hairpin ending at (after) the last note of a score is exported incorrectly to MusicXML: the wedge stop is missing. This causes regression test file mtest/musicxml/io/testWedge2.xml to fail.

Same steps as in #25017: Hairpin at score end crashes MuseScore also reproduce this behavior.
