Steps to reproduce

Click on "Create New Score" in the Getting Started menu, on "New..." in the File menu or on the toolbar icon to create a new score, or press Ctrl + N.

Expected behaviour

The window with five text input boxes asking Title, Subtitle, Composer, Lyricist and Copyright is opened.

Actual behaviour

Program crashes with error message from Windows: "nightly.exe has stopped working"
