Note that these notes are in the treble staff, and the notes sound correct but appear wrong. Switching concert pitch on/off will change notes back'n-forth between upper and normal octave.
While I'm sure the issue is easy enough to reproduce, here's a screenshot of what I mean. The notes were added by clicking in the staves on G, A, B, C.
I checked with the most recent set of changes committed earlier today. Lots of other issues with transposition appear to be fixed (and I'm resisting the urge to add 17 exclamations to this sentence). However, this particular issue remains.
I note that it only affects note entry with Concert Pitch turned *off*. If concert pitch is turned on - which is how I do most of my note entry - things are fine. There's another aspect to this that is probably another manifestation of the same underlying problem. I've filed this separately just in case they turn out to be different: #25339: Notes entered with Concert Pitch off sound as wrong pitch and do not transpose

This also seems to affect _all_ other transposing instruments like A Clarinet, saxes, likely others.
