Piano Roll editor will get updated with these added notes if I change the pitch of a note inside the piano roll editor. That's probably because that pitch change triggers a redraw of the piano roll. So it seems piano roll should be redrawn when there are any edits made via the score view as well.

Interestingly, I can add a note to the score, and then even though I don't see that new note added to piano roll editor, if I click on the location of where the note should be in the piano roll editor, I am able to press up or down to change its pitch and reveal the note to the piano roll editor.
I'm noting that the lack of update problem also exists for Drum Roll in addition to Piano Roll (in 2.1, 2.2-dev 5bdaff8, and 3.0-dev ce09d98).

Yeah.
In the current version: While the PianoRoll editor is open, I go back (switch) to the main window, pointing out the staff I am working on, and reopening the editor with the right mouse button.
The PianoRoll editor can only be updated this way. (very tiresome) :)
