Ottava lines drawn too long

Ubuntu Studio 14.04, GIT commit: 2c43586

1) Promenade
2) add ottava to first measure

Result: line should end just after last notehead, not extend all the way to the barline

3) double click, shfit+left three times

Result: ottava ends just before third to last note, but it should really end a bit further to left - just after the previous note.

In other words, ottavas should not be drawn all the way to first non-included segment; they should stop just after the last included note. See Gould "Behind Bars" p. 28
