Show back-tied fret marks option no longer works

1) Guitar + Tablature template
2) Enter two tied notes

First result: As expected by default - with this template - the tied fret/note is not shown

3) Staff properties -> Advanced style properties -> Fret marks -> Tick "Show back-tied fret marks" -> Ok

Expected: the tied fret/note is shown
Current result: nothing

But, after Save / Close / Reload, the tied fret/note is displayed: tie fret.mscz

Ditto with the Tablature template.
By default, the tied fret/note is shown.
But, after unticking the option -> Ok, and re-ticking -> Ok, the tied fret/note doesn't return.
