Measures at End of Piece

• Feb 15, 2018 - 15:50

I'm working on a piece for my church choir, and we'd like to have the piece end with two measures on a separate line. How can I keep those two measures from stretching the width of the page? I've tried just about everything. Thank you.

I applied the horizontal frame, pushed the unwanted measures to the next line, which forced it to the next page, and the end result is what I wanted. Thanks. I wish MuseScore would do an upgrade which would allow the end of a piece to be formatted easier.

I think you may have misunderstood the frame option. Nothing should have moved another line or another page. The idea is to append the frame to the end of the score. When you do this, everything stays on the same line / page it was already on; all you need to do is size the frame to set the desired right margin. Should be very simple. Not sure where you went wrong, but feel free to attach your score and describe in more detail.
