Changing voice for tied notes fails

Change.png Why do I need more than one or two clicks to change from pic 1 to pic 2
will can you simplify this? Just click on and change the voice number and ready. It doesn't work now because of the legato bow. So review the nessesary code and change it?

It is a tie, not a slur, so not about legato
