Palettes names turn Japanese into English
In Japanese language,
When I try to change Palettes names(Custom Workspace), it turns Japanese into English.
It should stay in Japanese.

This was occurring in previous version as well.

I could confirm the problem as well.
The procedure is as follows:
1/
add new workspace 'testwork'.
2/
switch to 'testwork'
3/
show property for pallete item. (right click on pallete item, and click 'properties...')
It seems that it it can not get the string for pallete item name by correct locale.
So, when user click 'OK', then it is repleced Japanese string to English one.
Probably, it will be occer on other language setting not only Japanese.
