No Measures when Upload from Staffpad XML files

When I upload XML files exported from StaffPad, I get a 50/50 chance that my measures do not show up. I have to do a lot of troubleshooting to figure this out. It takes an exhaustive amount of time when I just want to upload. I would think there would be a reset button to just add measures bars as it's mathematical.

Upload? To where? To musescore.org? I don't see a problem with that.

Edit: That XML is invalid:
Fatal error: line 3690 column 29 Content of attribute tempo does not match its type definition: Double content does not match the minInclusive facet..

Offending line:
