Crashed when open a mscz file (attached)
Attached the mscz file that converted from a pdf by the https://musescore.com/import.
This file can be opened in musescore 2.2 with some error warnings.

With corrupt files everything can happen, but the fact that it crashes in master but not in 2.2 does warrant an issue...
there is no crash in current master. The warnings are still here but the reason is Audiveris itself, not MuseScore, indeed.
