Changing Ottava placement from General styles leads to corrupting layout

MacOS, MuseScoreNightly-2018-04-09-1730-master-ddbcaf8.dmg

Scenario:
1. Add Ottava from the Lines palette
2. Go to Format->General Style...->Ottava
3. Change the Position Above of an Ottava

Result: staff jumps up and won't be fixed after Undo
Expected results: position is changed without unexpected jumps.
