Exporting a musecore file to audio mp3 doesn't work

Hi everyone, so I'm going to be quick to explain my problem... I'm trying to import a musescore file in which I used soundfonts (Timbres of Heaven...) on my profile but when I start the playback it just doesn't play it as written on the score with the soundfonts !

Let alone exporting the file in mp3... it just doesn't bother playing it at all.

I'm just trying to put it online so my friend can listen to it, so if you got the keys to the problem I would be thankful !
It's really boring, I've been trying for 2 hours now.

I'm not sure what you mean about "import a musescore file - do you mean upload (as in, to msuescore.com)?
Or maybe you mean you've already downloaded it, and now you want to open it in MuseScore on your computer?

I'm guessing you mean the former, but feel free to clarify.
To upload the score to musescore.com along with audio generated on your computer, use File / Save Online and be sure to check the "Upload score audio" button in the dialog. Otherwise, as you are seeing, the default soundfont gets used. no need to generate the mp3 on your computer first, unless you want to. But for the record, to export to mp3 on your own computer, use File / Export.

Still, your friend should be able to listen to it just fine on musescore.com even without the "Upload score audio" button' it just will use the default soundfont instead of Timbres of Heaven.

Yes sorry it's unclear I wrote it in a hurry lol... I meant that I wanted to upload my score on musescore.com. The problem was that I used soundfonts and when I tried to upload it, only defaut instruments would be played online.
And I'm on Musescore 2.2, so the last version If I'm not wrong ?

I will try that thanks

Thanks for your reply, it worked indeed ! I'm deleting this post as I'm going to delete this account, I created a proper musescore account with my mail
