Snare Drums
You can't add a snare drum and hi-hat on the same beat which is essential to creating a half-decent drum beat. Useless to me at the moment, not being able to add a snare drum on the same beat as a hi-hat

To be clear, you absolutely can enter snare and hi-hat, or any other two drums, together. Hopefully reading the aforementioned article will help. You might also want to read the article on Voices to understand the basic concept of how multiple voices work (snare would normally be in voice 1, hi-hat in voice 2).
