Flute d' amore

I have copied and modified the "instrument.xml" file and added it to my preferences "score" as list 2. However this list doesn't appear when I want ot "edit instruments".

Also would it be possible to add the Flute d' amore (pitched in Bflat) to the standard instrument list?

If you are copying the entire instruments.xml file, then don't specify it as list2, specify it instead of the default. But, better to create a smaller instruments.xml containing only your changes, and specify that as the secondary list. That way you'll still be able to take advantage of updates to the default list.
