Bluetooth connection

I hook up a bluetooth speaker to my laptop with Musescore installed on it. When I'm on a web browser playing a video, it comes out of the speaker. But when I use playback on Musescore to listen to a composition, it comes of out of my laptop speakers. I could be mistaken and it is a problem with the laptop or the bluetooth speaker, but Musescore is definitely involved because it is the only program that doesn't play on the bluetooth speaker.

Check Edit / Preferences / I/O and make sure your speaker is selected there.

In the future, please use the Support forum when asking for help using MuseScore. This issue tracker is for situations where a problem you are having is confirmed as being due to bug in the software.

Had the same problem and tried to follow the instructions on 3.0. couldn't find my speaker but tried to change things (and change them back) and see if something worked. One of the things I changed made it so that music didn't play on either device and it will not let me change it

I believe there is a fix in a later development build, so will be in 3.0.1, due in a couple days
