[EPIC] Importing <= 1.14 version scores to 3.0

This issue is created to sum up bugs met when opening and editing different old scores in 3.0. Target behavior for them for now is to open them without crash, show all elements correctly and give users more or less correct playback. We won't guarantee correct editing or any kind of changes to the old scores opened in 3.0.
