Zerberus does not work correctly with 64 or more channels in the mixer, leading to Zerberus sounds not playing at all.
I have attached a score demonstrating this issue. In this scenario, the 4 Zerberus instruments (MDL) each have the correct soundfonts selected, and they are unmuted, yet they do not have sound. This score also has over 64 channels in the mixer.
More info on this issue and how to reproduce it would be necessary.

Shouldn't that have been fixed in 2.3.2? See #274157: Crash when opening score with more than 64 channels using Zerberus

That fixed the crash that occurs when adding MDL instruments, it did not fix the limitations of Zerberus with 64 or more channels, leading to lack of any playback of Zerberus
Just as an update, this is still an issue in version 3.0
