Freezes on pop-up menus

When opening sub menus (pop-up from the sheet music or pull-down menus), the user interface freezes. To continue using MuseScore, I need to end the task with task manager, then start MuseScore again. When it restarts, I am prompted to select whether I want to "Restore session?", I respond yes. After I start editing, everything works fine, until I select a pop-up menu from the score editor or pulldown, then it freezes again.
Im using MuseScore 2.3.2 running on a laptop workstation model MSI WS60-6QJ-258US-BBX. OS info is attached.

In order to investigate, we would need more information - eg, a sample score and precise steps (which you are right-clicking). if you are saying this happens for any score - even the default empty score, just opening the File menu - then it seems there must be some sort of system incompatibility, maybe a bad device driver or some such. Chec the Handbook under "Known incompatibilities".
Try to revert to factory settings (Help->Revert to factory settings). Please reopen if it doesn't help.
