missing property "horizontal offset" for several items in format:style

in V2 there is a setting "horizontal offset" for many style items (all that appear under style / text).
They are missing in V3, only the vertical offset can be set.
This is very annoying, because the only way now is to disable automatic placement (which is a very good feature!!!) and set the position individually.
I always try to use general settings for a score, and therefore it would be fine to allow to set the horizontal offset here, too.

Yes, it looks fine now.
But I meanwhile get overwhelmed with the different places where the positions can be defined. Style general and again text style: text element.
For example "dynamics" appears in the base list and again in the text style sub-list.
For me it is unclear what can be defined at what place...
