Replace double articulation with new paired SMuFL articulation symbols 2.X->3.0

Scenario:
1. Open attached file. The file is created in MuseScore 2.3.2
Result: autoplacement doesn't recognize two articulations above/below the same note. This is correct because playback modificators cannot be applied to two different articulations.
Expected result: MuseScore 3.0 supports the latest SMuFL version, so that it has 4 new paired articulation symbols which allows correct positioning and specifing special playback modifier if necessary.

What should be done:
1. Replace double articulations from 2.X files with one of the new paired symbols if possible
2. Fix #276378: Incorrect articulations position
