Musescore not opening when Midi keyboard plugged in

I try to open musescore 3 alpha on my windows 10 laptop and it stops after the splash screen when my line6KB37 keyboard is plugged. Otherwise musescore starts with asio4all and there is no recognition of my kb37 and midi input.
I tried the same with the latest nightlybuilt 2018-10-06 and also it doesn't starts.
I had also a message asking for opengl ???
My 2.3 version of Musescore works perfectly Thanks a lot to all of you concerned in development.

Could possibly be fixed by https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/4122. Please reopen if not.

I don't see how OpenGL 2.0 vs. ANGLE relates to a MIDI keyboard?
I believe it was a hang the same to OpenGL one reported and fixed earlier. Maybe not, just an assumption.
