Articulations and slurs on stemless notes positioned incorrectly

Ubuntu Studio 14.04, GIT commit: 30b93f5

1) Promenade
2) ctrl-click the notes in the first measure (or use new facility to select notes in range: select measure, right click any note, select / all similar in range)
3) Insepctor, stemless

Result: tenuto markings move to the left (most dramatically on second note), slur moves too close to notes

Articulation positioning is worse for upstem notes than downstem; I assume code is relying on stem position but that was never calculated.
