Transposing does not work on 1.3 scores saved with concert pitch on
To repoduce:
In Musescore 1.3, create a score with Bb trumpet, set to "concert pitch", write a short melody, save score.
Load in Musescore revision 15ff98f. Note that concert pitch should be selected correctly and all notes display and sound correctly.
Now toggle Concert Pitch off. Notes remain displayed in concert pitch but still play correctly. The only way I have found to fix this is to reenter manually. :(

I can achieve the same effect in just musescore git head by turning OFF "Concert Pitch", then entering notes from a MIDI keyboard (I guess expected behaviour is not quite obvious in this case, but we could presume it doesn't include stopping our score from transposing properly!) . Not sure if this is a separate bug, but the result is the same.
Confirmed. I am pretty sure this was broken and then fixed at some point during the big transposition re-architecture; now it's broken again.
Re title: dunno about you, but I experienced it when the 1.3 score had concert pitch on. :)
Yes, of course you are right! I got confused because when I was looking for previous issues, there was one (fixed) that only affects scores with concert pitch off - #25231: Wrong pitches on 1.3 score saved with concert pitch off. I knew this was the opposite of the current bug, but got the name wrong :-)
