Steps to reproduce:
1) Open this file: https://musescore.org/sites/musescore.org/files/2018-11/test_1.mscz
(taken from #278355: Crash on 'R' key twice and mm rests)
2) Select measures 5 and 6 (those are between two MM rests), press Delete.
A one big MM rest will appear.
3) Undo
Result: crash.

Tested in 972e2ae.
This does not happen though in 26ad655.
