1) MDL has different noteheads
2) Copy and pasting moves the screen up automatically, muse 2 didn't
3) during playback it jumps forward and just stops
4) some glitches

1) As far as I know, MDL isn't supported yet in MsueScore 3.
2) this is an already-reported issue, see #277723: Paste in page view jumps to top of page
For 3 & 4, we would need to provide more detail in order to investigate and fix whatever the problem might be. When you do get more information about the "glitches", best to open new bug reports, with precise descriptions of each.
