When I tried to edit chords that I added previously - they started to disappear, but it's possible to edit tchem, and when you click spacebar it shows edited chord. You will find attachments that shows exactly what I mean.

Works good for me with latest nightly.
Could you please check again with the latest nightly? Also, please attach the score so we could try to reproduce the issue.
This is confirmed fixed in the latest nightly, fixed by https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/4280.
