I confirmed this crash using OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.0.0.4230, revision: e229a87
Select Re-pitch note input mode, click a voice not in the current measure on the Note Entry toolbar and you will get a crash.
