Add two-bar repeat option in "Repeats & Jumps" palette

It would be very handy to have a true two-bar repeat option in "Repeats & Jumps" palette to avoid having to do the workarounds suggested in the following posts. Many accompanying rhythm patterns are often two-bar patterns. Being able to use a functional two-bar repeat sign in several consecutive bars means that the composer only has to specify the first two bars of a score/section to hear the accompaniment during playback, much like using a two-measure drum machine. Even though there has been a few inquiries asking how to mimic a two-bar repeat in the forums, I wasn't able to find a suggestion for a two-bar repeat in the issue tracker.
