This is an issue in 3.0 and 2.3, though the behavior is different. MuseScore's reliance on width > height as the determining factor in landscape vs. portrait orientation causes this to malfunction. The preset Ledger page size breaks this orientation rule.

What does the printer think when you want to print on Ledger paper in portrait, or Tabloid paper in landscape? I created this as part of an [EPIC] issue I am about to create to encapsulate changes made in a PR I am about to submit to fix all my spatium rounding problems and a bunch of other stuff. It's minor regardless, but I'm trying to be thorough.
