For some reason, when I have a key signature change, it does not appear immediately in the selected measure, although the playback will include it. Visually, the key signature should be appearing in the measure that it was dragged into, but it does not appear.

Which build are you using (see Help / About)? There was a bug in this area just fixed a few days ago, I'm guessing you are using an older build.

So I already missed some fixes in such a short period of time?
you're using the last beta, but there are newer development builds having it fixed. And so will the upcomming RC

Damn, I thought I found a new bug...
Is there any way for me to know if the bug has already been reported so that I won't be making duplicate reports?
Use the search feature in the issue tracker. It takes practice to use it though. You can also start by discussing it in the Support and bug reports forum to see if people are aware of it. If it needs reporting someone will usually tell you.

But isn't the Support and Bug section of the forums dedicated to Musescore 2.3?
True, 3.0 should get discussed in the development and technology preview forum, but not for very much longer.
I figured we're close enough that we might as well start getting used to using the forums for version 3. People are already doing that, and it's better than clogging up the issue tracker.
