Crash while adding time signature nightly 12d0e18 macOS - and corruption of the file

This has been previously reported but problem is happening in this build much less repeatable happens more frequently when doing (re)arrangements :)
managed to obtain and successfully upload a capture.
There is some resulting loss of repeats and jumps notation along with corruption of the file in an un related part of the work.
