Issue 1: In the attached score, if you attempt to insert or delete a measure in the 4/4 bar directly following the 2/4 bar, the program crashes.
Issue 2: In the 4/4 bar, if you make a change and save said change, the time signature (4/4) will display twice, but nothing happens to the 4/4 in front if you try to delete it. However, if you try to delete the second 4/4, the program will crash. The score will reload without the duplicate, but it will reoccur.

For the first one, it's still a new duplicate of the clef change issue (here measure 5 in Tenor Trombones 1/2 staff)
Ie this one: #281042: Crash when trying to delete some measures including measure with clef change, or, same cause: #280814: Crash when adding new time signature in the measure of a clef change
I fixed the second issue somehow. Unfortunately I didn't record the steps I took because I didn't think it was going to do anything but it amounted to dragging the first 4/4 to a different place, saving the score, closing it, then reloading it. This resulted in there being one 4/4 but with a space in front of it, so I just cut the notes in the measure and re-pasted them. The second issue seems to be fixed, and I assume the first will be in a later update or something. The first issue isn't a horrendous setback although it is a bit annoying, so I've reduced the severity. Thanks for the help :)
EDIT: Second issue occurred again and this time i couldn't fix it. It seems to happen if i make a change in a bar before a time signature change, then save the score. (EDIT again: for me, the 4/4 only doubles up if the time sig preceding it has a 6 in it (6/4, 6/8), and 12/8 seems to double itself rather than the 4/4. Very confusing.)
if the 2nd is fixed, the 1st is a duplicate
Can you reproduce the crash if, before deleting a time signature, you remove, first, the clef change (first issue)?
Surly not (just) a graphical issue (and "open issue" is a bogus status that needs to get removed from the menu)
Why isn't is a duplicate of #280814: Crash when adding new time signature in the measure of a clef change

No, seems that the clef is the problem with the first issue. I think this one is already listed in a separate post though.
The issue only seems to happen on the two orchestral scores I've attached, and I couldn't get it to happen on scores with fewer staves/instruments.
And for the time signature/key signature displayed twice, it's a duplicate of this one: #279925: Permanent courtesy time sig and key sig before system/page break when toggling in Continuous View and/or Parts
