Title MuseScore doesn't play semi-sharps? Add playback support for microtonal accidentals

Correct. You can get this using the Inspector to tweak the tuning, and there is a plugin that allows for this. Some day we may add built-in support for this.

There is some infrastructure in the code already, like all accidentals have a (default) centOffset, like 0 (none), +/-50 (quartet tone), +/-100 (semitone), +/-150 (3 quarter tone), +/-200 and +/-250 cent, there's just nothing using that yet.
See also https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/4452, which corrects Sori and Koron offsets to 33 and -67 cent, currently a pure cosmetic change. And while I'm sure I saw these offsets being mentioned, I can't find that evidencence anymore
Edit: at https://lilypond-user.gnu.narkive.com/sXUDlO35/persian-musical-koron-an… I found 60 cent for Koron Sori and 40 cent for Sori

This has come up quite often actually.
Workaround is to use one of the plugins that are available for that (or 'hand-tune' every single note via Inspector).
