Project
  1. Insert harp instrument to any score.
  2. Insert the A#2, B2, C3, C#3, D3, and D#3 note.
  3. Listen to the obvious change in octave between A#2 and B2, or between D3 and D#3.

Thank you for checking out the problem, I am very glad you checked it out...

I am quite certain about the wrong pitch that the Musescore _ at least the one on my PC_ plays...
The octave jump is really obvious from D3 (which sounds like D4) and D#3 (which is normal), which makes D#3 sound lower than D3.
I added descending scale, in hope that it shows more clarity about the mistake.
Here's a link to the mp3 which plays the score below, by my PC -> https://drive.google.com/open?id=1Cddk9QsZjFRx5Z31tywSYqWWqDbPE5kH
Does the Musescore on your PC plays the score exactly like the mp3? If it does, then it would be quite certain that it's a bug in my computer which caused it...

I hope to hear again from you, thank you for helping...

Are you perhaps using some non-default soundfont? If so, that could be the issue. Or it could be your speakers reproducing overtones oddly and causing the illusion of different octaves. But it all sounds perfectly correct to me using the default soundfont in MuseScore 3.0.1.

Your explanations sound plausible...
Thank you everyone for helping checking it out...

I guess this thread should be ended...
(I'll find a workaround for the speakers, thank you for your recommendation on the fix)
